The following policies apply to all International Carwash Association (ICA) sponsored events.

ICA is committed to providing a safe, productive, and inclusive environment for all meeting participants. All participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, volunteers, sponsors, ICA staff, directors, vendors, and all others are expected to refrain from the following:
- Harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected status, as provided by local, state or federal law.
- Sexual harassment including any unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature that might reasonably be expected or be perceived to cause offense or humiliation.
- Sexual harassment may involve any conduct of a verbal, nonverbal or physical nature, including written and electronic communications, and may occur between persons of the same or different genders.
- Abusive conduct that has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with another person's ability to enjoy or participate in the conference, including social events related to the conference. This includes inappropriate remarks and comments throughout the event.
- Undue interruption of any conference event, speaker, session, or event
ICA has no tolerance for hostile, harassing or abusive conduct. If a person engages in such conduct, appropriate action will be taken, including but not limited to expulsion from the event, restriction from participation at future ICA events and/or termination of membership. Individuals who witness, become aware of or experience inappropriate conduct should report such conduct to the ICA CEO or General Counsel.

- What constitutes a fair cost or price level
- Allocation of customer market areas or contracts with vendors
- Refusal to deal with any customer, class or group of customers
- Refusal to deal with any vendor, class or group of vendors
- What products or services will be offered to customers
- Other competitively sensitive information, such as information about market share, profits, margin, costs, reimbursement levels or methodologies for paying vendors, or terms of services
Certain categories of information may be exchanged through a formal survey process conducted pursuant to legal advice.
