Earners of the Women in Leadership Certificate can build strategic leadership skills, apply ethical decision making, cultivate negotiation and conflict resolution tactics and develop beneficial relationships through mentorship and sponsorship. They build frameworks and action plans to establish their role in the workplace, evaluate their core values, practice negotiation skills and identify their professional networks to help conquer gender dynamics in their workplace.

MANAGEMENT FUNDAMENTALS
Earners of the Management Fundamentals Certificate have a fundamental understanding of behavioral and management styles, and emotional intelligence. They are able to recognize behavioral styles in those they manage and flex their behavior accordingly. They understand and have practiced techniques for delivering effective feedback and having critical conversations. They have learned the fundamentals of communicating with and coaching their employees in a car wash environment.
